In this role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for advancing the design, analytics, and governance of compensation programs across the organization. This role combines strong analytical expertise with program ownership to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational strategy. It also serves as a key advisor to HR and business leaders, translating complex data into insights and recommendations that inform compensation decisions at scale.

This position is based at our Home Office in Calgary, Alberta.
