Key Responsibilities
Our client is a federal government organization seeking a senior‑level procurement advisor to support strategic transformation initiatives within a complex and regulated environment.
Develop a 2–3 year procurement strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and digital transformation objectives
Provide expert advice on federal procurement vehicles, strategies, and compliance frameworks
Design and implement governance frameworks linking financial and operational risk
Develop and standardize Statements of Work (SOWs), RFP templates, and evaluation criteria to improve procurement efficiency and compliance
