As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own the full arc from discovery to production. You will lead client conversations, pressure-test product decisions before code is written, and ship predictably within a structured delivery framework at an AI-native consultancy serving regulated industries including insurance, healthcare, and fintech.
You are someone who can explain why something should not be built, be right, then ship the thing that should. You work across multiple client engagements simultaneously, switch context across stacks, and manage client relationships with the attentiveness of a great account manager.
