Incident Management – Triage in scope. Setting up the NOC bridge is the responsibility of the GMF NOC team. If resolution requires code fixes, it will be handed off to the GMF L3/L4 team.
Only Prod Environment is in scope.
Application monitoring of all components in production.
Coordination between teams to resolve issues.
Debugging of issues.
Minor fixes only in scope (configuration changes, updating credentials, updating certificates).
Vulnerability remediation – limited to running the DevOps pipeline as per the standard remediation policy.
Infra provisioning using the DevOps pipeline (Terraform skills) as per the standard operating procedure.
