This team is responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues impacting active hiring events, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. This is a production-heavy, ownership-driven role requiring engineers who can quickly ramp, operate independently, and drive issue resolution across backend, frontend, and integrations.
