Your role

We are hiring Software Engineers Senior to support the Hiring Events platform, a live, high-traffic production system . This team is responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues impacting active hiring events, ensuring system reliability, and maintaining strong client satisfaction. This is a production-heavy, ownership-driven role requiring engineers who can quickly ramp, operate independently, and drive issue resolution across backend, frontend, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, triage, and resolve production issues impacting live hiring events
• Monitor system health and respond to alerts or performance degradation
