Responsibilities
Help lead the design and development of scalable full stack systems using
React (frontend)
and
Ruby on Rails (backend)
Own complex features end-to-end—from ideation to production—focused on Hiring Assistant workflows
Architect and evolve systems that support
AI-driven hiring experiences
(screening, matching, automation)
Integrate and apply
AI/LLM tools, agents, and automation frameworks
to improve product capability and team velocity
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to deliver fast, high-quality outcomes
Drive technical decision-making, including system design, performance, and scalability
