Key Responsibilities

Translate business and technical requirements into fully functional CRM solutions

Develop detailed programming specifications and technical documentation

Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise CRM applications

Conduct unit testing and support integration, migration, deployment, and implementation activities

Diagnose and resolve application and deployment-related technical issues
