This role requires deep expertise in Communications-Based Train Control (CBTC), Automatic Train Protection (ATP), and Automatic Train Operation (ATO) systems for light rail transit applications.
Lead the design and engineering of CBTC/ATC signaling systems for LRT alignment, including wayside and onboard subsystems.
Oversee integration of signaling systems with other LRT subsystems including OCS, communications, SCADA, and vehicle systems.
Develop and review signaling system specifications, interface control documents, and safety cases in accordance with EN 50126/50128/50129 and AREMA standards.
Manage signaling system verification, validation, and commissioning activities including Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
Coordinate with the client, technical advisors, and systems contractors on signaling design reviews and approvals.
