Senior Seller Operation-【E-commerce】

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain close relationships with sellers
2. Follow-up and resolve merchants' complaints or issues

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in any field, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in e-commerce and client management is a plus.
2. Strong communication skills
3. Proficiency in English or Portuguese
