As Head of Security, you will spearhead our security program, manage vulnerability assessments, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Your role will pivot between strategy and execution, working closely with teams to ensure that security is embedded within our operations. You will also lead incident response efforts and external audits, maintaining a proactive security posture.
Key Responsibilities: • Own vulnerability management lifecycle and assessments • Coordinate with MSSP for 24/7 security monitoring • Develop and implement security policies and frameworks • Ensure compliance with SOC 2 Type II and PCI DSS • Train and engage staff in security best practices
