Senior SAP Basis Administrator – Cloud Operations Support

Your role

• Responsible for ensuring availability, performance, stability, and security of critical SAP system landscapes, supporting SAP systems hosted on SAP RISE and customer-owned cloud environments, and contributing to the adoption of modern cloud technologies such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Act as technical subject‑matter expert, coordinating internal teams and external service providers, leading technical initiatives, and supporting complex SAP Basis, infrastructure, and cloud operations in a global environment; ensure high availability and continuity of assigned SAP system landscapes, including on‑call/on‑duty support.
• Manage and resolve SAP Basis and infrastructure incidents and problems, including major incident escalation.
