Contribute to a foundational Salesforce refactoring program supporting Membership / Loyalty readiness

Participate in technical discovery and impact analysis to identify downstream dependencies (integrations, vendor systems, and internal platforms)

Refactor Salesforce configuration and code to support changes to core objects / data model structures

Build, update, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP, native connectors/adapters where applicable)

Partner closely with the Technical PM, Technical BSA, QA, and Architecture to sequence changes, document decisions, and validate assumptions

Troubleshoot and remediate technical debt impacting maintainability, stability, and scalability
