About The Team

The Robotic Process Automation team operates as a transversal Center of Excellence (CoE) serving the entire bank, reporting directly to the VP of Data Engineering. Our core mandate is to drive enterprise-wide efficiency, mitigate regulatory risk, and unlock critical data from complex or legacy systems where traditional integration methods are not possible. We are evolving from a reactive, service-oriented model into a highly structured, strategic engineering practice, working within an Agile framework tightly integrated with the bank's broader enterprise architecture.
