As Senior Analyst, HR Operational Excellence, you will help First Line teams across the HR Function manage regulatory compliance as part of their responsibilities under the Three Lines of Defense model. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operational execution of regulatory change initiatives, helping to translate requirements defined by Second Line partners into executable plans. You will contribute to establishing and maintaining a strong regulatory compliance risk culture by building collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders across both the HR Function and within the broader Enterprise.
