We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, responsible for driving, scaling, and optimizing revenue performance to support strategic decision‑making. This role plays a key part in connecting revenue motions across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance , ensuring high efficiency of processes, tools, and people. The position requires on‑site presence in Mexico City (hybrid model) , with close collaboration across cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced and constantly evolving environment. Responsibilities 1. Revenue Operations (Core) Own and optimize core revenue processes across the funnel (Marketing → Sales → Customer Success). Drive visibility and consistency across key metrics such as: Pipeline generation and conversion Revenue forecasting accuracy MRR, ARR, churn, retention, and expansion Partner with sales leadership to define, track, and evolve strategic KPIs and revenue targets .
