The company has built a recognizable name in its space and is now scaling its post‑purchase revenue engine. Stack leans Klaviyo and SMS automation, with subscription continuity and win‑back flows as the levers that matter most.

This is a high‑ownership role for someone who treats retention like a craft — part lifecycle marketer, part funnel builder, part data nerd.
