Responsibilities
Prospect for new opportunities and present our consulting and staff augmentation program across North America.
Work closely with sales and presales to identify and validate potential agility-based engagements.
Locate, validate, and present qualified consultants.
Establish, maintain, and develop effective customer and consultant relationships.
Manage customer and consultant escalations and establish achievable outcomes.
Follow existing processes in the delivery of the agility offering and recommend improvements focused on efficiency, revenue growth, and profit optimization.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
