Working within a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary research team and supported by industry funding, the Senior Research Project Officer will apply advanced research and project coordination expertise to explore work‑related injury and illness among apprentices through an organisational psychology lens. The role plays a critical part in delivering high‑quality, ethically sound research that informs safer systems of work and improved health outcomes.
