The Senior Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving mortgage business through direct and indirect sourcing channels while ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and smooth end-to-end processing.
Key Responsibilities
Source Mortgage / Home Loan / LAP business from the assigned market.
Manage and develop relationships with DSAs, connectors, builders, and corporate channels.
Ensure customer profiling, documentation accuracy, and timely login of files.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for sanction and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sourcing and productivity targets.
Maintain strong market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Drive customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.
