Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify appropriate recruiting channels.
Gather and analyze the IT labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to provide data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions.
Assess candidates based on company values, principle‑based management alignment, and technical capabilities.
