What is the opportunity?As a Senior Recruiter - National Office you play a critical role by providing innovative talent acquisition strategies that are aligned to our diverse organizational objectives. You will partner with key stakeholders in National Office - Personal & Commercial Banking to source and maintain a proactive internal and external candidate pipeline as well as work closely with business partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.What will you do? 

Build and maintain a viable pipeline of candidates for hard-to-fill roles through appropriate and targeted sourcing.

Embed diversity conversations in all recruitment and sourcing activities.

Acts as Subject Matter Expert for managers throughout the recruitment process.

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including document and tracking all pertinent information using our applicant tracking system.
