SUMMARY

The Senior Transaction Manager is responsible for developing and executing real estate acquisition, renewal and disposition strategies for an assigned portfolio of properties in accordance with the terms and conditions of the client master service agreement.

The role also leads, directs, and motivates team members assigned to the managed portfolio.

People Leadership

• Full involvement with recruiting talent.
• Provides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team members.
