This position is ideal for an individual who wishes to work in a fast-paced and growing firm. Real estate law experience is required.

The selected individual will be a vital team member who is responsible for the following Duties and Responsibilities:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

• Handing all aspect of residential / commercial real estate transactions
• Review Agreements of Purchase and Sale, mortgage instructions and mortgage commitments
• Contact clients and coordinate scheduling
• Order title insurance policies
• Reviewing title search documents, preparing documents on Teraview
