We are seeking a qualified, experienced candidate to support project teams during the design/development and preconstruction phase of multiple projects. Responsibilities will include the review of construction documents to ensure details and design standards during the design/development are consistent with the Beedie requirements across all.
Key Responsibilities
Works generally to uphold and improve upon the quality and performance of Beedie buildings.
Keeps up to date with changing legislation and building codes of practice to ensure compliance
Reviews projects’ compliance to construction documentation, applicable codes, standards, regulations, Beedie’s Standard practices and QMS requirements
Responsible for maintaining and updating the consultant RFP template documents including discipline specific SOW’s in consultation with Development and Construction Teams.
