This newly created role reports to the QA Supervisor and plays a vital part in maintaining quality assurance systems that adhere to GPP, GACP, and GMP regulations. The Senior Quality Associate will also serve as the Alternate QA Person (AQAP), ensuring the highest standards across departments. You will guide quality staff and cross-functional teams to optimize operational practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Support the QA Supervisor in daily quality oversight • Mentor Quality staff and cross-functional teams • Maintain and improve quality systems, including SOPs • Ensure supplier quality compliance of raw materials • Conduct internal audits and implement CAPA processes
