Position Description:

As part of large-scale application modernization and evolution projects, we are looking for a Senior QA Lead specializing in performance, capacity, and application robustness.

You will act as a performance reference within complex project teams, working closely with development, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders. Your role will be to secure the performance, stability, and scalability of delivered solutions, intervening proactively throughout the entire project lifecycle.

The position is part of a performance engineering approach, where performance is considered a structuring factor of quality, business value, and operational reliability.
