The Senior Manager of bids and proposals, serves as a key strategic leader within the firm’s national Client and Business Development function, guiding the Proposals and Pursuits team while working closely with Business Analytics and Pricing. You will be responsible for managing a national team of five direct reports. This role is responsible for leading the development of polished, client-centered proposal submissions that support growth initiatives, including managing the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
