WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

7+ years of progressive property management experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role

Experience managing large-scale assets (500+ units); lease‑up and new development experience strongly preferred

Exposure to mixed‑use or commercial/retail operations is an asset

Strong knowledge of Ontario’s Residential Tenancies Act, LTB processes, and regulatory compliance

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams

Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, vendor management, and cost control

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and ownership groups

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to lead through complexity and change

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with flexibility for on‑call and after‑hours support
