Overseeing overall and consolidated program financials, benefits realization analysis and manages the overall program budget within a $30-50MM budget range
Typically leads the delivery of up to Tier 2 programs with a moderately high to high complexity profile but on occasion can lead the delivery of Tier 1 programs
Provide leadership, direction and coaching to teams(s) while partnering with business and executive stakeholders within a single or across multiple Lines of Business (LoB)
Accountable for the end-to-end delivery across all Business and Technology aspects of the project, maximizing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability
Accountable for key delivery decisions and aligning technology and business objectives into a shared delivery vision
Supports Executive Sponsor and Business Owner in structuring and securing approval for business case and funding
