Senior Project Manager (Retail) responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role demands an experienced construction professional with exceptional leadership skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. This position is ideal for someone with experience delivering
ground-up retail construction projects , including supermarkets, pharmacies, and large-format big box stores.
You will collaborate closely with Directors of Construction, Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, clients, consultants, and trade partners to deliver projects safely, profitably, and to the highest quality standards.
