About This Opportunity

In this role you will:
  • Incident Management: Organize and lead sessions for incident playbook updates and criteria remodification.

  • Incident Management: Ensure timely communication of incident-related changes to stakeholders.

  • Project Coordination: Manage daily review of tickets (Verint and Genesys Cloud applications).

  • Project Coordination: Facilitate weekly sessions for Verint team and vulnerability reviews.

  • Communication & Reporting: Provide summary updates of ongoing activities to management.
