This individual will lead the technical design, documentation, consultant coordination, and contract administration for the project.

Responsibilities

• Integrate technical solutions with design vision and project goals.
• Direct the development of contract documents ensuring completeness and coordination.
• Mentor project team in development of contract documents, construction drawings, constructability considerations and detailing.
• Lead technical design resolution including envelope and systems integration.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants, ensuring integration of consultant systems into documentation.
