Summary

We are currently seeking a Sr. Program Manager, Talent Management to join our growing Talent Development & Learning Team. This role will be located in one of our Canadian hubs (Toronto, Vancouver, or Calgary).

  Lead the execution, and continuous improvement of core talent management programs, inclusive of our annual talent systems cycle (feedback, goal‑setting, talent reviews, calibration, and development planning), career development, and succession planning process.
