Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a refreshed positioning and core messaging framework.
Build vertical narratives for FSI, Public Sector, Telecom, Healthcare, and High-tech/Manufacturing, each with proof points and reference customers.
Maintain a single source of truth for current product positioning, updated frequently following roadmap or scope changes.
Own outbound customer communication via monthly product update emails, webinars, podcasts, etc.
Collaborate with product management on release positioning and outbound communication.
