This position focuses on supporting a high volume of pre-award activities, including strategic sourcing, solicitation development, evaluation, and advisory services.

Responsibilities
  • Engage proactively with internal client groups to understand upcoming projects, operational needs, and long-term demand.
  • Identify opportunities to bundle, consolidate, or program work to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Develop procurement strategies and sourcing plans aligned with organizational priorities and timelines.
