In this role, the Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the end‑to‑end administration of Canadian payroll, ensuring all payroll processes are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with federal and provincial legislation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end Canadian payroll processing on a semi‑monthly basis
• Manage complex payroll activities, including bonuses, commissions, benefits, share programs, retroactive adjustments, terminations, and employee leave administration
• Prepare and record payroll‑related journal entries, expenses and accruals in the general ledger
