Process bi-weekly payroll for 70+ hourly employees in Ontario. Prepare bi-weekly time and attendance reports and complete the applicable journal entries.
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial regulations regarding deductions, taxes, and benefits.
Complete processing of car allowance and Concur expense payments
Manage payroll-related activities, including new hires, terminations, transfers, salary adjustments, and bonuses with precision and integrity
Lead and maintain all aspects of the Company’s group benefits programs (Health, RRSP, etc.), and ensure employees are well informed about benefits-related matters. This includes leading the annual review and the renewal of Health, Dental, and other benefits as applicable.
