Senior Payroll Administrator

General Summary: The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the end-to‑end management of assigned Canadian pay groups, including full‑cycle payroll settlement, complex tax administration, statutory filings, and year‑end processing. Serves as a subject‑matter expert on Workday payroll, ADP, and Canadian payroll compliance, and provides mentorship and guidance to Payroll Administrators on the team. The Senior Payroll Administrator plays a critical role in maintaining payroll accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance across all HUB International Canadian entities.
