About The Role

• You will be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events from the commercial contract signing until final closing.
• You will be the main point of contact between event organizers and all internal teams.
• As overall owner, you will manage other departments' tasks to ensure timely and proper execution.
• Communicate product needs (Fever usability) and process needs to HQ; work with product/engineering to deliver on them and prioritize requirements.
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A to provide answers to potential user incidences managed by our user support team.
• Ensure all documentation required to achieve project goals is in place.
• Depending on the event, you may need to be on site during launch or other important dates.
