Role Summary

As a Senior Operations Strategist , you will lead the design and execution of firm-wide productivity strategies. This role is instrumental in transforming data into decisions—auditing workflows, enforcing accountability, and ensuring every team, process, and tool aligns with organizational output and excellence. You will partner directly with the CEO, department heads, and strategic leads to embed operational clarity, audit performance rigorously, and ensure continual improvement across every function of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Performance Oversight
   • Architect the firm’s performance monitoring system using Time Doctor, Looker Studio, and advanced BI tools.
   • Build predictive analytics models to forecast performance dips, team output gaps, and resource inefficiencies.
   • Enforce data-driven decision-making at the executive level by translating raw data into strategic insights.
