Senior Operations Associate, Biospecimens

This fixed‑term contract role (expires December 24, 2027) is integral to the success of STEMCELL’s global Biospecimens operations, supporting efficient delivery of products and services across manufacturing and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to and coordinates operational process activities supporting both the manufacturing and sale of Biospecimens products and services
• Designs, builds, and maintains dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau to support leadership decision‑making
• Query and analyze large datasets using SQL and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to Biospecimens inventory strategy
• Assists with risk identification, issue tracking, mitigation planning, and supports issue resolution or escalation
