About This Opportunity

Role: (Senior Officer and Team Lead)

  • Preferred Lateral hiring experience of 4 to 5 years

  • Should have working exposure from BPO industry

  • Proactively source and engage potential candidates through direct outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and networking

  • Build relationships with passive candidates and maintain regular contact to create a strong talent pipeline
