We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Residential Mortgage Underwriter to join our team and play a key role in driving portfolio growth while delivering exceptional service to our broker partners. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where your expertise in credit adjudication and deal structuring will directly influence business success. What You’ll Be Doing As a Senior Underwriter, you’ll manage the full mortgage lifecycle—from initial application to funding—while balancing risk, speed, and client experience.
+ Underwrite an average of 3 deals per day, including reworks, conditions, and exception cases
+ Negotiate, structure, and adjudicate mortgage applications in line with lending policies
+ Collaborate with brokers and Business Development Managers (BDMs) via phone and queue-based deal assignments
