As a Senior Mortgage Documentation Officer, you demonstrate excellency in decisioning mortgage conditions and reviewing pre-funding documentation in a paperless environment to ensure policy, regulatory and audit requirements are satisfied. You are extremely organized and possess an intrinsic drive to provide high value customer service to referral sources. Your Role

• Reviewing, validating and approving conditions for files including various Income Types, Down Payment, Title Searches, Credit Bureaus, Purchase documents, Company Documentation, Condominium Documentation
• Being accountable for fraud detection and ensuring a satisfactory inspection and audit
