BBA is seeking a dynamic, creative and innovative mining engineer and team leader who can provide quality consulting services to our expanding client base in South America.

You’ll report to our Engineering Manager and lead our team of mining engineers and geologists in the Santiago, Chile office.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mine design, planning and cost estimation for project development studies, including PEA’s PFSs and FSs
• Provide engineering support to mining operations
• Supervise, mentor and coach team members, assigning responsibilities, defining work methods and allocating resources
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines
• Promote BBA’s mining and geology engineering services by participating in professional conferences and work groups
