This role reports to the Senior Engineering Manager, where you will lead initiatives in reliability analysis and performance enhancement for locomotives and other mechanical systems. Your responsibilities will leverage your strong mechanical engineering background to address challenges, improve system performance, and develop maintenance procedures. Collaborating with diverse teams will be fundamental to your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document technical specifications and purchase requirements
• Lead design reviews and validation testing
• Develop and implement reliability processes and tools
• Conduct analyses to identify and reduce failures
• Advise on technological advances in engineering
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with a minimum of 3 years experience
