Development and implementation of annual marketing plan for the shopping centre with the ultimate goal of increasing sales volume, traffic to the centre and market share;
Responsible for preparation and direction of annual marketing budget;
Ensure the annual marketing plan and budget utilizes current research and analysis in order to set objectives, formulate strategies and create detailed marketing tactics for the Centre;
Creation of special events, promotions and marketing programs to enhance the profile of the shopping centre and meet the needs of the local community and the centre’s retailers;
