**Role Overview:**
The Senior Work Transfer Manager minimizes or eliminates supply chain risks by executing on sourcing goals specific to resourcing supplier goods and services both to external suppliers, internal Collins locations and supplier managed transitions. Responsible for creating and driving the overall work transfer project plan in compliance with the approved Collins and Interiors Work Transfer procedures. The plan shall include but is not limited to first article inspection plan, capacity analysis, overlap plans, production readiness assessments, and cross functional approvals via a gated process.
