Your role:

• Assist with the review and preparation of business valuations using various methodologies
• Lead Quality of Earnings and Due Diligence engagements
• Assist with impairment tests and purchase price allocations per IFRS
• Prepare and present high‑quality client deliverables including valuation reports and databooks
• Oversee engagement timelines and deliverables ensuring on‑schedule completion and budget adherence
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes and best practices
• Manage, develop and mentor staff on professional and personal development
